Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Inkfest website or placing an order. By accessing our site at inkfest.pt or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Inkfest is a temporary tattoo studio and event services brand operating in Portugal. For any enquiries, contact us at info@inkfest.pt.

2. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use this website or purchase our services.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion without notice.

3. Services

Inkfest provides temporary tattoo applications, custom tattoo design, and event activation services. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability on this website are subject to change without notice.

Quotes submitted through our website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Inkfest. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Delivery

Physical products are dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Inkfest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Decree-Law 24/2014 (transposing EU Consumer Rights Directive), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods, without providing a reason.

• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Custom or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective.
• Service bookings that have already been fulfilled are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Inkfest or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

8. Custom Designs

When you commission a custom design, Inkfest retains all intellectual property rights to the artwork unless an explicit written agreement transfers those rights to you. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the design as delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkfest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Portuguese or EU law.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
